Our new aquaponic fish tank is set up in our Science Lab. It contains four Shubunkin (Japanese Goldfish), two Rosy Barbs and a Corydora (South American catfish)! Our specialist Science Teacher is working with our students to plant seeds in the ‘flower tower’ of the tank and to develop our students’ understanding about how the tank water provides nutrients for plants and how the plants filter the water for our fish.
