Part of our learning in Science this term is about life cycles. One fantastic way to see life cycles in action is to host chickens for two weeks!
Henny Penny Hatching will bring chicks and eggs to our school today, with a pen, incubator, heat lamp and food. All the students will have opportunities over the next two weeks to observe eggs hatching, chicks taking their first steps and watch the chicks growing rapidly, all whilst learning about life cycles, the needs of living things and habitats.
Plus, best of all, the students will have a chance to give the chicks lots of cuddles!
